While the media landscape may often seem bleak, Stoicism offers a powerful framework for staying positive. By accepting that we cannot control external events but can control our reactions, we can navigate negativity with grace and resilience. Marcus Aurelius’s philosophy reminds us that inner peace is our responsibility, achievable even in challenging times.
