During our trip to Belize, we will visit four clinics (Belize City, Dangriga, Punta Gorda, Orange Walk) and treat prescreened patients who suffer from diabetic retinopathy. Although we have not made concrete plans yet, but there could be an opportunity to perform Small Incision Cataract Surgeries. We can also accommodate optometrist volunteers who can help with preop and postop care as well as train the local optometrists. Of course, financial support is always welcome.
